Welcome to Austin Seay, Evening Event and Facility Coordinator, overseeing the Union Station Recreation Center, the  Central Ticket Office and SU Art Gallery.  .  Austin joins us from East Tennessee State University where he completed his master’s degree in Sport Management.  Austin is also a UT grad!

 

 

 

 

 Welcome to Amanda Griffiths, Daytime Event and Facility Coordinator, with oversight of the Information Desk, Interfaith and Meditation Space, display cases, digital signage, and the Union’s newest initiatives, This Week in the Union and Music at Noon. Amanda joins us from Appalachian State University where she completed her master’s degree in Student Affairs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As the end of classes approach, the Student Union is announcing an update to operational hours for the semester break. Beginning Wednesday, November 25, the Student Union will operate 7:00a.m.- 6:00p.m. Monday -Friday, with a few minor exceptions. Please visit our Hours of Operation page for specific information.  Additionally, please visit the VolShop and VolDining websites for their operational hours.

We will return to normal operational hours in January. Check back for more updates.

Due to social distancing and cleaning measures required for our UTK community to return safely to campus, meetings and events will be significantly impacted throughout the fall semester. Please visit our “Social Distancing in the Student Union” web page for information regarding meeting and event planning as well as our room capacities and set-up standards.
