UCopy has provided The University of Tennessee and the general public with printing at affordable prices for over 40 years. Services include large format printing, copies, bookbinding, lamination, banners, posters, and more. See our Pricing Guide for a complete list of services.

How it works:

Email your order to or visit us in the Student Union.

  • Be sure to include paper type/size, color or black & white, quantity, single or double-sided, and payment method. We can not process your order until we have this information.
  • Provide us with hard copies, files on a portable drive, or email your file to us.
  • We prefer to print from PDF files, but also accept PNG, JPG, Word, Excel, and many other file types.

Once you place your order, we begin processing it immediately. Upon completion, you will receive an email notification.

  • Most orders can be finished in one to two business days depending on our current queue.
  • If you need the order sooner than one to two business days, a rush fee may be applied (30% upcharge).
  • Posters and large copy requests require a minimum of two days notice.
  • Please keep in mind that in the final 2-3 weeks of each semester, our production schedule increases to its highest volume. We may need extra time beyond the normal two business days to accommodate larger orders. We will be happy to talk with you about your individual orders during this time to let you know whether or not we can meet your deadline during this period.
  • Cancellation of an order must be submitted via email ( within 24 hours of the order due date.
    • Once we send an “Order Complete” email, you cannot cancel the order, regardless of whether or not it is within the 24-hour time frame.
    • Once a rush order has been placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstance.

Your cash, card, or check payment is not due until you pick up your order.

UCopy staff must be notified of interdepartmental transfers when order is placed.
